What happens at the edges
Over your allowance
The popup keeps running. The app shows a notice at 80% and 100% and asks you to move up a tier. We never switch your popup off for going over.
Counting visitors
A visitor is a unique browser that loaded a page where the popup could appear, counted once per calendar month. Not page views, not sessions.
Trial and cancelling
Fourteen days free on any plan. Uninstall to cancel; Shopify stops billing at the end of the cycle. No contracts, no annual lock-in.
Questions
- Why no free plan?
- A popup that mints real discount codes and stores real consent records is not a toy, and a free tier would fill the app with stores that never use it. Fourteen days is enough to see the first captures and, on most stores, the first attributed order.
- Is AI drafting extra?
- No. It's on every plan, with a generous daily limit. It's the thing that gets a store live in minutes, so charging extra for it would be backwards.
- Do I need Klaviyo?
- No. Captures are stored in Overture and you can see them any time. Connect Klaviyo when you're ready and everything backfills.
- How does billing work?
- Through Shopify's own billing, on your Shopify invoice. Overture never sees your card.
